Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, then fix it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is confirmed.
